When you do get hold of them, if you are trying to stop them from taking payments from your account, just tell them to stop. Tell them to put what you owe in writing and mail it to you. Make it clear that they are not to take any monies from any of your accounts anymore. Then it would be advisable to go to your financial institution and sign a paper (it will cost around 20.00) to put a stop on them. The stop is only good for 14 days but that should be enough time to contact them.

This company charged me on a 325.00 loan a payment of 76.00 for every two weeks, this did not go towards paying off the loan, it just went to the principal and interest. I went to my CU when they took an unauthorized payment of 125.00 from my account without letting me know ahead of time. I was in a bind and out of desperation, did a stupid thing. But I learned my lesson, I will never get another payday loan.

And these companies that are making their millions on the back of the orpressed, are not getting away with it. They think they are, but they are not.

And by the way, payday loans are against the law in New York state as of January.

Did anyone ever hear of this payday loan company, they have literally vanished off of the face of the earth. Yet myself and multiple others are having payments taking out of their accounts. They have no contact information. If you have contact information, it would be appreciated.

waiting for blogspot/google to do the right thing

It is now well over a month and I am still waiting blogspot/google to restore my other 3 blogs. I was never told why they disabled them. This one was up for 2 weeks and was taken down because I was told it tested a negative positive for spam. In other words their ways of tracking spam testing me positive for spam even though they later came back and said the results were wrong.

I am still waiting for blogspot/google to return my blogs. I did nothing wrong.
